James Gray Associates are looking for an experienced HR Professional to join a leading professional service provider at their growing office based in Kent.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy generalist human resource environment. You will be providing effective and efficient support to the HR department, conducting annual salary reviews, maintaining and updating records and participating in HR projects.
You will have excellent communication skills both verbally and written, with extensive experience acting as a main point of contact to provide support at all levels.
The ideal candidate with have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a HR environment and a CIPD qualification. You will have a good working knowledge of HR practices gained from within the professional services industry and a flexible, can-do approach.
