A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced External Software Helpdesk Support Manager to join our leading payroll services business client in the heart of Bristol.
This role is all about managing a team to meet SLA’s, deal with customer escalations and develop and build support documentation and customer FAQs to support payroll related software enquiries.
Knowledge of payroll would be beneficial but is not essential.
This External Software Helpdesk Support Manager role will play a key leadership role in supporting payroll clients with a range of payroll related services and product support enquiries.
