Executive Reward Manager - Bedfordshire/Hybrid - £80K
*This position is offers hybrid working, with 2 days per week in the office*
The Executive Reward Manager will be responsible for;
  • Designing reward framework, and incentive schemes.
  • Leading on salary benchmarking, compensation and benefits, reward strategy and international reward.
  • Analysing rewards data and delivering reports.
  • Supporting RemCo.
  • Managing senior share plans.
  • Identifying rewards trends and staying ahead of the curve!
To be considered for this Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist position, you will;
  • Have 3 years Exec Reward experience within a listed company.
  • Hold knowledge of senior share plans, senior contracts and service agreements.
  • Ideally have some EMEA and global mobility experience.
  • Hold excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
