Executive Compensation Consultant
Salary: £50-60k bonus and benefits
Location: London (home-based contract).

A globally recognised, highly successful top-tier firm of management consultants is seeking to recruit an experienced consultancy, specialising in professional services are looking for an experienced Executive Compensation Consultant.

The successful Executive Compensation Consultant will be responsible for the following:
  • Providing advice to clients on a variety of Reward matters including REMCO strategy and Board & Executive pay
  • Taking ownership for designing and implementing client-based compensation strategies.
  • Designing executive pay strategies - linking pay to corporate performance
  • Designing tools for measuring incentive plans and modelling performance outcomes that can enhance HR transformation projects on a global scale.

Other requirements will include advising on the implementation of cash and equity-based incentive plans, including tax, accounting and funding considerations, drafting Directors’ Remuneration Reports and preparing and reviewing remuneration committee papers.  

So, if you have proven experience in the area of executive compensation, including experience of playing a leading role in serving FTSE Main Market and AIM companies coupled with deep technical skills in executive remuneration issues to be able to deliver client services that exceed client expectations then we want to hear from you!

A CIPD or equivalent qualification would also be beneficial as would previous experience in managing complex and high-profile client engagements.
