This is a new ER Case Manager opportunity working with a leading organisation based in Swindon and would suit someone with experience in providing advice and support to Line Managers on day to day Employee Relations matters and General HR Policy and procedures
This ER Case Manager role will be dealing with high volume cases which range in complexity, therefore this position requires someone with an excellent knowledge of employee relations issues ranging from disciplinary cases through to dismissal's
To be considered, the successful employee relations professional will be able to handle working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage the whole ER life-cycle.
