As part of their expansion plans for 2019, they've got a number of new roles within their marketing department, with the Digital Loyalty Marketing Manager being one of them.
As the new Digital Loyalty Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in their CRM strategy, development and deployment. You'll be managing both the programmatic channel and loyalty program on a daily basis.
You will work to engage with new and existing customers, engaging them with the company's brand and ensuring they keep a loyal ecommerce database. While you’ll be working to brand guidelines, they’d like you to push boundaries and bring your ideas to life. You’ll lead innovative and creative display and program concepts that inspire, focus on the customer and follow customer experience best practice, Working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders.
To be considered for this role, you should:
Be an authority in programmatic and customer loyalty
Customer focussed marketer
Previous experience leading customer programms and campaigns.
