This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable Payroll Manager to take the reins of a busy client payroll function delivering both strength and structure to a team of 5 servicing over 500 clients.
You will be at Manager level and have experience leading, managing, motivating and up-skilling junior staff.
Client Payroll Manager - Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Knowledgeable Payroll Manager, sound technical knowledge and client/bureau payroll experience.
- Managing a team to seamlessly process end to end client payrolls.
- Identifying issues and implementing improvements.
- Provide 1st line support for payroll queries.
- Liaise with HMRC when required.
