Salary: £30,000 to £50,000 car allowance double OTE

This is an exciting business development manager opportunity for someone to join a leading UK business and take responsibility for driving growth in the acquisition of new clients and delivering against pre-agreed targets within the HRIS/HR/Talent/T&A or Payroll solutions verticals.
- Visiting new prospects to drive sales across a number of HRIS, HR, and Payroll-related solutions
- Using and following sales methodologies to maximise conversions to achieve targets
- Develop positive relationships with key stakeholders and clients/customers
- Develop market intelligence, revenue forecasts and monthly sales activities positively improves revenues.
- Full sales cycle experience, ideally within HRIS/HR/Talent/T&A or Payroll relation solutions
- Experience in utilising sales methodologies in a field sales role to drive sales.
- HR or Payroll experience useful (but not essential)
