Recruitment Activity Overview
JGA Recruitment routinely monitor job boards where the vacancy was posted by 2 competitors. Having pitched our experience, expertise and credentials against 2 larger, more established, specialist finance recruitment consultancies currently working on their preferred supplier list, JGA were invited to recruit for the Payroll & Expatriate Manager. The requirement was for a Diploma qualified individual & the quality of candidate matching with client requirements was extremely strong due to our sector knowledge and payroll expertise. The client could recruit a professional they needed for the business to thrive, not what they thought they needed. The successful candidate had the CIPP MSc qualification.
Paul Dargavel, with over 17 years payroll recruitment experience comments “The opportunity to influence a well-informed client, perform against sluggish, larger, more established agencies, to shape the role specification and create the business case for the new requirement using our salary benchmarking tools was an exciting challenge. The project was high pressure, high profile and needed a considerable amount of expertise in client development, candidate management, client expectation management and execution.
