JGA Recruitment routinely monitor job boards where the vacancy was posted by 2 competitors. Having pitched our experience, expertise and credentials against 2 larger, more established, specialist finance recruitment consultancies currently working on their preferred supplier list, JGA were invited to recruit for the Payroll & Expatriate Manager. The requirement was for a Diploma qualified individual & the quality of candidate matching with client requirements was extremely strong due to our sector knowledge and payroll expertise. The client could recruit a professional they needed for the business to thrive, not what they thought they needed. The successful candidate had the CIPP MSc qualification.
